More Cities Ban Smoking In Apartment Buildings

Smokers who live in apartment buildings in San Rafael, Calif., won't be able to light up anymore - not even inside their own apartments.

Last week, the city council decided to follow nine other cities in California and vote unanimously to ban smoking in multi-family homes. The ordinance also prohibits smoking on downtown streets.

Tobacco control experts say it's the wave of the future.
