Egyptians Protest Over Presidential Power Grab

Protests have erupted across Egypt and the offices of President Mohammed Morsi's Muslim Brotherhood party have been burned.
This is in response to President Morsi giving himself sweeping new powers, worrying many pro-democracy advocates in Egypt.
Mohamed ElBaradei, former head of the U.N.'s nuclear agency, tweeted that Morsi had declared himself the "new pharaoh." He said the power shift is "A major blow to the revolution that could have dire consequences."
