W. Va. Sheriff Becomes 4th Law Officer Killed In 4 Months
ResumeA candlelight vigil will be held on Thursday in Williamson, West Virginia for Sheriff Eugene Crum. Crum was gunned down on Wednesday across from a "pill mill" that was recently shut down in a prescription drug abuse crackdown.
Some have called the small southern West Virginia town "Pilliamson" because of the prescription drug abuse there. Crum is the fourth justice official in as many months to be gunned down in the U.S. A public memorial service is being held today for the Texas prosecutor and his wife who were shot to death in their home last weekend.
