Three months ago in Turkey, at least six people died after police broke up a peaceful demonstration by people objecting to the demolition of an Istanbul park.

The violent response of the police shocked many people in the country but also led to a new determination to make democracy more inclusive in the country. The BBC's Hugh Sykes reports.
