Iraqi Prime Minister Visits US
ResumeIraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki speaks to the United States Institute of Peace today in Washington.
He will be at the White House tomorrow, and is expected to ask for more U.S. aid to curb the recent spike in violence in Iraq.
But the U.S. might attach conditions to aid in order to influence Maliki's policies toward Iraq's Sunni population.
