After another brush with the law, George Zimmerman is out on bail today. A judge has told him that — at least for now — he can't have a gun.

On Monday, Zimmerman was arrested in Apopka, Fla., outside Orlando, and charged with aggravated assault with a weapon — which is a felony — as well as battery and criminal mischief.

Zimmerman's girlfriend Samantha Scheibe, told police he pointed a gun at her during an argument.

It's the second time in three months that Zimmerman was accused of domestic violence, after being acquitted in July of second-degree murder in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

Orlando Sentinel reporter Rene Stutzman has been covering the story and speaks with Here & Now's Robin Young.
