Congress Expected To Pass Bipartisan Spending Bill
ResumeFor the first time in years, Congress is expected to pass a massive omnibus spending bill today that will keep federal agencies operational until a new fiscal year starts in October.
The $1.1 trillion bill would finance everything from airports to war, and would include victories and setbacks for both Republicans and Democrats.
