Texas To Impose Tight Rules On Health Law 'Navigators'
PlayThe latest in a round of TV ads supporting Republican candidates who oppose the Affordable Care Act is out this week.
The conservative group Americans for Prosperity is backing Montana Republican Steve Daines in his run for the Senate seat currently held by Democrat Max Baucus, who is retiring.
Earlier this month, the group launched ads attacking Democrats in Iowa, Michigan, North Carolina, Louisiana and New Hampshire for their support of Obamacare.
Meanwhile, in Texas, the state insurance department is preparing new rules to regulate the "navigators" who help residents sign up for health insurance.
