Drought Loosens Some Calif. Environmental Rules04:15

The weather forecast looks dry in California, which means there’s little relief in sight for the state’s record drought.

Governor Jerry Brown has eased some environmental protections in the face of low water supplies. It’s making environmentalists and fishing groups nervous.
