Propane Shortage Drives Up Heating Bills

As people struggle to keep warm during this very cold winter, their bank accounts are taking a big hit. A propane shortage is driving up prices, leading to energy emergencies in two dozen states, as well as accusations of price gouging.

Energy market analyst Phil Flynn of Price Futures Group joins Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson to explain.
