Georgia Prepares For Winter Storm

Governor Nathan Deal of Georgia is taking no chances. Just a few weeks after being widely criticized for his response to the January 28th storm that paralyzed the metro Atlanta area, Deal has declared a state of emergency for 45 counties, canceled school and closed government agencies before the snow, sleet and rain have even arrived.
