Colorado Gets Federal Grant For Natural Gas Cars

The state of Colorado recently received $30 million from the federal government to add more natural gas cars to its vehicle fleet — and fill in the gaps between fueling stations for those cars.

The immediate goal is to cut down on fuel costs. The long-range strategy: spark consumer interest in — and demand for — vehicles that run on the homegrown fuel.
