Health Care Sign-Ups Hit Goals For January

For the first time since the launch of HealthCare.gov, the Obama administration is reporting that the number of people signing up for coverage in the month of January has exceeded expectations.

The total number of sign-ups now stands at 3.3 million. NPR health policy correspondent Julie Rovner joins Here & Now's Robin Young with details.
