E.U. Ministers Meet With Ukraine Leaders

The foreign ministers of Germany, Poland and France are meeting in Kiev with embattled Ukrainian President Victor Yanokovych, as deadly violence between police and anti-government protesters continues in the capital city.

In Brussels, European Union officials have begun drafting sanctions that could freeze visas and bank accounts of individuals who have contributed to the violence.
