Arizona 'Religious Freedom' Bill Riles Gay Rights Supporters
ResumeIn Arizona, a bill has just passed the state House and Senate that would allow business owners assert their religious belief to refuse service to gay people.
The Republican-controlled Senate passed the bill yesterday on a party line vote. In the House, which passed the bill Wednesday, two Republicans joined all of the Democrats in opposition.
Governor Jan Brewer has not said what she'll do when the bill reaches her desk. Jude Joffe-Block of KJZZ in Phoenix joins Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson with details.
