Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson speaks with Jerry Frew, superintendent of one of the first school districts to implement Blizzard Bag Days, about these snow days with a catch.

Guest

  • Jerry Frew, superintendent of the Kearsarge Regional School District in New London, N.H.

This segment aired on February 21, 2014.
