Japan May Reopen Closed Nuclear Power Plants
ResumeIt's been almost three years since the devastating earthquake and tsunami hit Japan's eastern coast, killing close to 20,000 people and destroying three reactors at the Fukushima nuclear power plant.
Now the Japanese government has released a draft energy policy that proposes reopening nuclear power plants that were shutdown after the 2011 disaster.
