Obama Faces Limited Options In Ukraine

As the situation in Ukraine worsens, many are looking to President Obama to see how he'll respond.

The president's options are limited and thus far he's stuck to tough statements and a phone call with Russian president Vladimir Putin.

But Obama's critics are already saying that he's inept at handling foreign policy issues.
