Another winter storm system is walloping eastern and central states today. Many schools in the Mid-Atlantic region were closed, non-essential government workers were told to stay home and hundreds of flights have been canceled.

The severe winter weather has had a huge impact on airlines, with the most flight cancellations since the government started tracking them 25 years ago.
