Congressional Report Details Failures Leading Up To Marathon Bombing

A new report is coming out on the activities of Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the suspected Boston Marathon bomber, and the failures by intelligence agencies to scrutinize Tsarnaev's movements prior to the attack.

The report from the House Committee on Homeland Security is in the process of being declassified and could be released as soon as Thursday.

The Boston Globe's Matt Viser joins Here & Now's Robin Young to discuss the findings of the report.
