As Health Care Deadline Approaches, Some Choose Not To Sign Up

Lately, it's been running smoothly, handling a major uptick in visitors in recent weeks. Although, it did experience some glitches this morning due to heavy traffic.
But technical malfunction has hardly been the only thing stopping people from getting in on the plan.
Millions of Americans are simply refusing. One of them is Jim Moore, who opposes what he calls the Affordable Care Act's overreach.
Moore joins Here & Now's Robin Young to discuss his reasons for not signing up for healthcare through the government.
For those who have not yet signed up but want to, there are signs that the administration will once again extend the deadline for some people.
