Oscar Pistorius Murder Trial Resumes

After a two-week recess, double amputee Olympic track star Oscar Pistorius returned to court today.

Pistorius is charged with the premeditated murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp on February 14, 2013. He claims he shot her my mistake, thinking she was an intruder.

Today, a neighbor in the gated community where Pistorius lives testified in his defense, saying Pistorius was "broken" following the shooting.
