Former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer will reportedly pay a record-breaking $2 billion for the Los Angeles Clippers, but there are questions about whether the deal will go through.

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver said he would push the league to force Clippers' owner Donald Sterling to sell the team after his racists comments went viral. His wife Shelly Sterling says she has signed a contract for the sale, but his attorney said, flatly, "Sterling is not selling the team."
