President Obama spoke today from Warsaw, Poland, laying out a plan for the United States to commit $1 billion to bolster security of NATO allies in Europe. It’s an effort to ease nervousness in Eastern Europe after Russia’s intervention in Ukraine.

Here & Now's Robin Young speaks with NPR White House Correspondent Scott Horsley about that and questions the president received about Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl while in Poland.
