Tropical Storm Arthur has become the first named storm in the Atlantic this hurricane season. It's currently off the east coast of Florida.

The National Hurricane Center predicts it will make its way up the East Coast and could become a Hurricane on Friday morning off the coast of North Carolina.

It's currently forecast to continue up the East Coast through the weekend. But before that, it could dump a lot of rain across Eastern Florida.
