Britain's Hunt For James Foley's Killer

At least 30 people were killed today when a Shiite militia opened fire inside a Sunni mosque in the eastern part of the country. In the north, Kurdish fighters and Iraqi troops are trying to retake towns controlled by the Sunni militant group, the Islamic State.

This follows the release of a video this week showing an Islamic State fighter executing American freelance journalist James Foley. The man standing next to the kneeling Foley in the video speaks in a British accent, renewing concern in Britain about the number of citizens from the U.K. who have gone to Syria to fight. Foley was captured in Syria in 2012.
