Forecasters say more rain could come today for the southwestern United States, where yesterday flooded roadways killed two people and left others stranded in their vehicles.

Record-breaking rainfall from remnants of Hurricane Norbert left up to 4 feet of water in the Phoenix area.

One woman died after her car was swept away in Tucson. The National Weather Service says the effects of Norbert could hang around through this evening.
