After Obama’s Speech, Congress Discusses Options On ISIS
ResumeMembers of Congress are meeting today to talk about what’s next in the strategy to stop the militant group calling itself the Islamic State, and is also known as ISIS or ISIL.
In his speech last night, President Obama outlined an expanded military strategy including asking Congress to authorize the military to arm and train moderate rebels in Syria to fight Islamic State extremists.
