North Carolina is in the midst of a very closely watched Senate race that could determine which party controls the upper chamber in Washington.

Democratic Senator Kay Hagan is facing off against Republican State House Speaker Thom Tillis. And it's a dead heat in the polls. As result, much of the focus is on voter turnout.
