Supreme Court Will Not Hear Same-Sex Marriage Cases

Today, the U.S. Supreme Court rejected review of seven cases involving same-sex marriage this term.
Refusing to hear the cases means that three federal appeals court rulings, which favor the right for same-sex couples to marry, will go into effect shortly.
