Here & Now’s Jeremy Hobson also visited the Edgerton Memorial United Methodist Church in Selma, North Carolina, about 30 miles outside Raleigh, where he visited the Pullen Church.

Edgerton Memorial is a little less than half full and in a town where 30 percent live below the poverty line. Jeremy speaks to the church's pastor, Josh Kurtz, and members of the congregation about what issues matter to them in the upcoming midterms.

This segment aired on October 6, 2014.
