Turkey Refuses To Aid Kurds As ISIS Besieges Border Town

ISIS and Kurdish fighters are still battling over the Syrian town of Kobani, but the town is also in an international tug of war.

Human rights groups warn a blood bath will ensue if ISIS overtakes the Kurds, but Turkey — which has long battled a Kurdish separatist movement — is refusing to get involved to save the Kurds, until certain demands are met.

The BBC's Mark Lowen joins Here & Now's Robin Young from Istanbul to describe the scene.
