NBC’s chief medical editor Dr. Nancy Snyderman is getting some media heat after breaking a voluntary quarantine she underwent when a member of her reporting team fell ill to Ebola.

Addressing Dr. Snyderman yesterday on The View, Whoopi Goldberg said, “I don’t wanna see you out looking for soup. I’ll take you for soup…after the 21 days.”

NPR’s media correspondent David Folkenflik talks to Here & Now’s Robin Young about the Snyderman story and how the media have been covering Ebola.
