ACA Open Enrollment Starts This Week

Open enrollment for health care plans under the Affordable Care Act starts on Saturday. Already, you can go to HealthCare.gov and start shopping around for plans — this time without logging in. That's just one of the new features of the site, which has been rebuilt following its disastrous debut last fall.
