Veterans Accuse Banks Of Helping To Finance Attacks
PlayMore than 200 veterans, and veterans' families have filed a lawsuit in federal court in Brooklyn against six major banks: Barclays, HSBC Holdings, Standard Chartered, Royal Bank of Scotland and Credit Suisse Group, as well as a U.K.-subsidiary of Bank Saderat Iran.
The lawsuit accuses the banks of helping Iran funnel millions of dollars to groups that targeted U.S. troops in Iraq. Here & Now's Sacha Pfeiffer talks to Alison Frankel of Reuters about the suit.
