Democratic Sen. Mary Landrieu and Republican Rep. Bill Cassidy are facing off in the Louisiana U.S. Senate runoff this December. And they’re facing off during this lame duck session of Congress, too. Both are racing to pass votes on bills to approve the Keystone XL Pipeline, a key issue in Louisiana politics.
