Marriage Licenses For Some In Kansas

Getting a marriage license could be as easy as walking into a courthouse with an I.D. and a credit card. Not true for same-sex couples in Kansas who had their first full day of marriage rights yesterday - at least in some of the state's counties.

For one couple, the first step was a maze of jurisdictions and judges and ultimately, justice.
