President Obama’s landmark carbon agreement with China has been lambasted by Republican leaders, including Mitch McConnell.

The incoming Senate majority leader pledged to attack the "Clean Power Plan" rule that would allow the U.S. to meet its part of the emissions bargain. Republicans will soon be in control of Congress, and climate change is now playing a major role in both domestic and foreign policy.

Carolyn Beeler of Here & Now contributor station WHYY in Philadelphia has a look at how the Republican Party stance on climate change may be changing.
