ISIS Beheads Another Hostage

The parents of Peter Kassig, the aid worker beheaded by the Islamic State militant group, say they are heartbroken and extremely proud of their son.

President Barack Obama is denouncing ISIS, saying the group revels in "the slaughter of innocents, including Muslims, and is bent only on sowing death and destruction."
