The days around Thanksgiving are some of the busiest flying days of the year, which means a lot of people are going to be spending time in airports.

Depending on where you're flying from — and through — the experience could vary dramatically. Vice President Joe Biden recently likened New York's LaGuardia Airport to a third world country. Other airports, like Burlington, Vt. and Chicago's O'Hare, are now offering an array of local food and drinks, and even yoga rooms.

Here & Now's Robin Young talks to MacAdam Glinn, national aviation director for Skanska, a multinational project development and construction group, about how airport design is changing to reflect consumer demand and reduce inefficiencies.
