President Obama will finish up 2014 with his annual end-of-year press conference. He's expected to cover a wide range of this year's events, including:

- The president's sweeping executive orders to defer deportation of more than 4 million immigrants.
- The White House draft plan to rate the performance quality of 5,000 colleges and universities.

- The protests for improved race relations and against police overreach after the events of Ferguson, Missouri.
- Ending U.S. combat operations in Afghanistan.
- The Senate "torture report" on the CIA.
