Is There A Cyber War Between U.S. And North Korea?
ResumeInternet services have been on and off in North Korea.
There's now word of whether the U.S. has been involved in the outages, since last week President Obama said there should be a proportional response to what the administration believes was North Korea's attack on Sony Pictures computers.
The attack forced the company to cancel the holiday release of the film "The Interview," which features an assassination plot against North Korea's leaders.
So, how did a country that has slightly more than 1,000 Internet protocol addresses become such a player here?
