Militants Strike Baghdad And Northern City In Iraq

Violence erupted in Iraq today when Islamic State fighters attacked a crowded market with double suicide bombs, killing more than a dozen people. Islamic State fighters also attacked the city of Kirkuk, killing a high-ranking Iraqi soldier.
