The Algerian government is building a gigantic mosque in the Bay of Algiers. When it's complete, it will be the biggest mosque in Africa and the third-largest mosque in the world.
The building is one of several big construction projects that are meant to symbolize Algeria's rebirth after a decade of conflict. Yet the mosque is stirring up controversy from critics.
