The California ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach are partially closed today, after labor talks broke down earlier this week. The ongoing talks are over a new contract for dock workers and longshoremen at 29 West Coast ports.

Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson speaks with Matt Priest, who represents some of the retailers impacted. He is president of the Footwear Distributors and Retailers of America.
