UPS Shifts Delivery Decisions From Driver To Computer
ResumeUPS drivers have a lot of stops to make every day, and they're under pressure to make those stops in the most efficient way, to save time and money.
The company is in the process of rolling out a new computer platform called Orion that would take decision-making away from the driver, which UPS hopes will bring dramatic cost savings.
