North Carolina Senator Reflects On Election Loss

Democrat Kay Hagan lost one of the hardest-fought and most expensive Senate races in history last year, to Republican Thom Tillis. She blames big money politics, but also her party and President Obama for failing to get their message out about an improving economy.

When asked by Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson whether she'd run for office again, Hagan said, "you know, I'm not saying yes and I'm not saying no."
