ResumeFederal authorities have charged a man in Everett, Mass., with conspiring to destroy a smart phone in order to impede their investigation of a plot to kill Massachusetts police officers. David Wright is being held without bail until his probable cause hearing in two weeks. He made his first court appearance yesterday.
