California Farmers React To State-Imposed Water Cuts

Farmers with some of the most senior water rights in California had their water use cut earlier this month for the first time in decades. A few weeks ago, roughly 200 farmers in the San Joaquin Delta, just south of Sacramento, preemptively volunteered to cut their water use by 25 percent in anticipation of just this sort of thing. Reporter Alexandra Hall spoke with some of them to see how they’re taking the news.
