President Obama's Final Push To Close Guantanamo

Trying to fulfill a campaign promise he made eight years ago, President Obama is working on a plan he will send to Congress to close the U.S. detention facility in Cuba.

But beyond that, questions remain about what happens when Guantanamo is actually shut down. Where will future U.S. detainees in the so-called war on terror go?
